Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be unused and in original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders delayed in transit (see Shipping Policy)

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as β€œDelivered” by the carrier

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Your order number

Without proof, we cannot process a refund or replacement.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claim with evidence including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Customer communication

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported.
